This spacious holiday farm, suitable for nineteen people, is located in a rural setting close to Winterswijk and the German border. Surrounded by nature reserves such as the Winterswijk National Landscape, the location offers numerous walking and cycling routes along wooded banks and vast fields. Nearby, picturesque villages with cosy markets and restaurants can be found. Within sixty kilometres are cities such as Enschede and Münster, perfect for a day of culture, shopping and relaxation. Winterswijk itself is known for its vineyards and nature reserves, ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.
The spacious living room has a sitting and dining area with a TV and a fireplace. The kitchen includes an induction hob, two refrigerators, one with a freezer compartment, cooker, microwave, two ovens, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Shower and separate toilet are in the hallway. For children, there are two cots, three highchairs and a playpen available in the holiday home. Upstairs are the other five bedrooms. There are three bedrooms with double beds, one room with a single bed and a spacious bedroom with four bunk beds. On this floor there is also a spacious bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Around the house is a spacious garden with a furnished terrace, sports/activity field and a fire pit. For the children there is a swing, sandpit, trampoline, several go-karts and pedal cars. There is plenty of parking space.
Particularities
• Student associations, youth groups (up to 25 years) and primary school groups are not allowed.
• The minimum age of the main booker for this holiday home is 18 years.
• Please note that at Christmas and New Year only full weeks are possible with the changeover day on Monday or Saturday.
• It is forbidden to set off fireworks in the yard.
