Apartment LiJan °1 is situated on the ground floor, covering an impressive 85 square meters and accommodates up to five guests.
The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, both with direct access to a terrace furnished with a dining table, chairs, and a parasol.
A comfortable living room includes a pull-out sofa bed (140 cm x 190 cm), while the kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, and all essential appliances.
The recently renovated, modern bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, sink, WC, washing machine, and an additional separate toilet.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with two indoor units for your comfort.
Guests can unwind in the shared garden, complete with a heated saltwater pool, barbecue facilities and a playground for children. - On-site electric vehicle charging is also available (additional fees may apply). - Saltwater pool is available to all guests of the property, with the heating season running from May 1st to October 1st.
Outside of the heating season, the unheated pool is still available for guest use. ***Distances: Sea: 750 m / Beach: 1000 m / Center: 750 m / Shop: 200 m / Restaurant: 750 m / Diving club: 1000 m

Prachtig ruim en schoon appartement. Er zijn zelfs twee zwembaden, zeer gastvrije ontvangst door vriendelijke gastvrouw. Op kwartier lopen van centrum Krk, mooie stranden en alle voorzieningen. Ook het eiland Krk is de moeite waard. Helaas konden we niet langer blijven!

Das Haus sowie Pool und Garten sind ganz neu und sehr, sehr sauber und man sieht die Liebe zum Detail. Mira, die Eigentümerin, hilft wo sie kann und betreibt alles mit viel Herzblut.
Wir hatten die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss und hatten neben den 3 Schlafzimmern auch noch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbe...
