Local managers, cleaners, and maintenance staff are also on hand during reasonable hours to assist with anything you may need.

In case of an emergency, the property management team may enter the apartment without prior notice. Guests are asked to provide payment details for either a security deposit or a damage waiver, whichever works best for you:  – A non-refundable damage waiver of €26.75 that covers accidental damage, or  – A refundable €200 security deposit, held before check-in and returned after your stay if no damage is found. Before arrival, you’ll also be asked to sign a short rental agreement, upload a photo ID, and share contact details in order to receive your check-in information. If you plan to book for commercial or content-creation purposes, please let us know in advance, as different terms or rates may apply. Traveling with pets? This apartment is pet-friendly! We charge a €50 sanitation fee per pet.

Please note that bringing a pet without notifying us carries a €500 penalty, so be sure to let us know ahead of time. Getting around the city is simple.

The apartment is just a short walk from buses, trolleys, and taxis, and nearby bike and scooter sharing services are also available.
