Spacious and very bright apartment, equipped with all the comforts to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, including WIFI and a balcony that offers a suggestive glimpse of the sea. Located in a condominium with an entrance just 150 meters from the beach, the accommodation is located in a quiet area but at the same time equipped with shops and all the services for a comfortable stay, including a pharmacy and post office.
The Pastena station is only 700 meters away. The 80 sqm accommodation is located on the third floor of a building with a lift (8 steps to reach it) and is composed as follows: - Semi-habitable kitchen with snack counter, TV and kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, traditional oven and microwave - Living room with sofa bed, dining table and TV - Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and TV - Bedroom II with French bed, sofa, wardrobe, split A/C and TV - Bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box (an internal step is noted) - Balcony. Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: A/C present only in one of the two bedrooms. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights.
Children under the age of 12 are exempt. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Salerno Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22nd to March 23rd. For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00 EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00. It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host. *** Check-in can also take place in self mode, using a keybox, depending on your needs.
Please let us know if you prefer to use this method. *** Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival. The apartment is located in a semi-central district, just 700 meters from Pastena station, in a zone full of all the comforts you need during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Once reached the center by public transport or by car, it is possible to admire the still intact medieval old town, numerous churches, stroll along the seafront and in Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the main commercial street of the city. Once in Piazza Alfano I it is possible to visit the Duomo of Salerno, a simple and essential structure externally enriched with decorations and details as you approach the crypt containing the remains of San Matteo, the most important place in the structure. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a seventeenth-century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno. The Villa Comunale of Salerno is the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events throughout the year such as the traditional "Mostra di Minerva" in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period, during the which the Villa turns into an enchanted garden. Among the main points of interest to visit during your stay in Salerno, it is worth mentioning Arechi Castle, overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking landscape that goes from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli. exelente el anfitrión, si bien estaba a 20 cuadras del centro histórico, es recomendable, el dpto muy bueno, la zona tranquila y con súper, restaurante y otros muy cerca. recomendable

L'appartamento è ampio, pulito e ordinato, luminoso e arioso. L'aria condizionata però è solo in una stanza e sarebbe da indicare nella descrizione.
Indicazioni precise e zona molto comoda (anche se un po' rumorosa), la comunicazione con i gestori è stata puntuale ed efficace

Excelente depto. Lástima que el aire central no funciona, los colchones son de piedras y las almohadas muy finas, no descansamos bien, el resto excelente
