Just a few meters from the town hall square, this apartment places you in a lively neighborhood, well served by public transport and surrounded by numerous shops. Located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator, it is accessible via a fairly steep staircase, not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The common areas, currently in poor condition (see photos), are scheduled for renovation in 2026, with no impact on the comfort or maintenance of the apartment itself. Additionally, a lively bar is located right next to the entrance and may generate some noise.
