We're just 2 blocks from the sandy beach and right on the water with an uninterrupted view of dolphins and boats going by! The resort features its own private fishing dock, a year-round heated pool, and a tropical courtyard.
An on-site daytime manager, and plenty of bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops right outside the door.
Did we mention the free parking and wifi! Additionally, there will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore Coral Resort. Welcome to our beautiful corner suite, Unit B-3. This studio suite (not ground floor) features an open layout, a shared balcony, and a beautiful view. Comfortable Accommodation: - Direct waterview - Balcony overlooking the pool & water - Open layout & plenty of sunlight - Full bed that can go up to make room - Comfy sofa and SMART TV - Dining area for 3 - Full kitchen (including stove - no dishwasher) - Kitchen supplies, toiletries, linens, towels - Full bathroom with walk-in shower - Drip coffee maker & coffee provided Outdoor Bliss: - Heated pool - BBQ Grill - Fishing dock - Courtyard Delightful Dining: - Free parking - Free wifi - On-site manager during normal business hours Pets - We’re sorry, but this home is not pet-friendly Professional Cleaning: - The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption.
Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything.
If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! - PESTS: While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. Please note, a rental agreement must be signed and a legal ID must be provided along with a verification photo.
This all must be completed prior to arrival and has to be done digitally by phone or computer. The home is regularly treated for pests.
However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
