The spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a building in a single-family house on Promienista Street in Poznań, Grunwald district. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by green areas - less than 15 minutes walk is enough to reach Kasprowicz Park with playgrounds, a dog run and a well-known auditorium - Hala Arena, which hosts a variety of cultural and sports events. The nearest bus stop - Rainbow is located just a few meters from the apartment, just across the street. Poznan is a city with a well-developed public transport network, so getting to other parts of the city is convenient and hassle-free. The area is well connected with the city center and Poznan's main tourist attractions.
