The property is located in Kranidi, just 650 meters from the beach and 2.5 kilometers from the city of Porto Heli. Porto Heli offers a range of amenities such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and a large local market with various shops. The area boasts a wide variety of beaches to suit all preferences. The nearby long beach (650m) has a restaurant, beach-bar, and nightclub, as well as more secluded and peaceful spots. Other nearby beaches include Ververoda (2.2km), Hinitsa (6.8km), Kosta (8km), Limanaki (8.8km), and Xrisi Akti (9km).
