The Cocoonr agency is offering for rent this beautiful detached gîte with its marine-style interior decoration, located in the heart of Port-en-Bessin-Huppain, with a surface area of 120 m² and a garden that can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a 40 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms.
Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 40 m² living room with lounge, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with shower and WC First floor: - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190), single bed and cot - Bedroom 3: double bed (160x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Second floor: - Bedroom 4: attic with three single beds Outside: - A 15 m² terrace with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather The gîte offers a breathtaking, commanding view of the sea and its outer harbour, with its cliffside footpath starting from the garden.
The sea and shops are just 50 m away.
You'll be close to all the essential amenities, as well as shops, restaurants, bars and the local market.
Activities : - Large and beautiful 36-hole international golf course, horse riding, swimming pool, tennis - D-Day Beaches - Discover Port-en-Bessin, Normandy's leading fishing port Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available nearby.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Bayeux station 9 km away Other information : - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).

Tres beau logement, idealement placé dans ce beau village de pecheurs. La prise du logement est grandement facilité par christelle. Le logement pocede routes les commodités. Nous reviendrons.
