The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this charming 84 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Pamiers, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room with fold-out leather sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

- A 4 m² balcony to enjoy the warm weather
- A garden and terrace with furniture
The flat is ideally located in Pamiers, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Walk to the pebble abbey
- Hiking or mountain biking trails along the Ariège river
- Trout fishing with a beautiful beach and current
- The castle of Foix is 15 minutes away by car
- Pamiers large market every Saturday morning in town
- Beille ski station about one hour drive

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (2 spaces available).

- Nearest train station: Pamiers train station, about 6 minutes by car.
