Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned holiday home for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool.
It measures 53 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 24 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds for children (70×160) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from 1 April to 30 September (dates are subject to change and weather conditions) - A 23 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Bandol station, 83150, 6.3 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, 76 km away Other notes: - The stairs leading upstairs are a little steep. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré certains équipements non disponible comme la chaise haute, le lit bébé fournit sans matelas…
Un bbq sale et non utilisable car plus de gaz.
Pas de papier toilette et torchon à notre arrivée. Sinon bel emplacement, proche de la plage et paisible.

Logement sympa, la terrasse et bien exposée et bien fermée pour nos petites boules de poils. La cuisine est bien équipé et pratique. Le point noir ce sont les chambres qui sont vraiment très petite avec un plafond très bas ( presque impossible de se tenir debout)
Niveau propreté c’était pas super, un peu de vaisselle salle, le sol poussiéreux, les plaintes et poignées de cuisine pas nettoyées.

Très belle pièce à vivre et salle de bain
Les escaliers sont dangereux pour des enfants et le wifi nous a manqué….
