Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned holiday home for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a shared swimming pool.
It measures 53 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 24 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: two single beds for children (70×160) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from 1 April to 30 September (dates are subject to change and weather conditions) - A 23 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private parking space. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Bandol station, 83150, 6.3 km away - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence Airport, 76 km away Other notes: - The stairs leading upstairs are a little steep. - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply. Das ist grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mit wirklich toller Terrasse. Eines der oberen Zimmer hat leider nur kurze Kinderbetten -für uns als zweites Schlafzimmer unbrauchbar. Ausserdem ist das obere Stockwerk sehr niedrig, ich bin 170 groß und hab mir nahezu täglich den Kopf an den B...
