Die Wohnung gehört einfach komplett renoviert. Das Inventar samt Ausstattung ist alt. Die Nachttischlampen hatten keine Glühbirnen. Wir waren enttäuscht.

Der Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich , telefonisch gut erreichbar und hat uns bei der Ankunft alles gut erklärt.
Die Wohnung war sauber , Wohn und Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz und sind gut eingerichtet.
Die Wohnung ist allgemein etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
In der Küche sind eigentlich alle Geräte die man braucht , wie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher vorhanden.
Herd und Backofen funktionieren problemlos.
Das Essbesteck ist allerdings zusammengewürfelt und könnte mal erneuert werden.
