The internal space is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator, moka coffee maker, oven, toaster, and kitchen utensils; - LIVING ROOM with sofa, dining table, TV, and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and access to the terrace; - BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, and access to the terrace; - EN-SUITE BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC; - TERRACE with dining table and lounge chairs. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS: independent heating with boiler, two portable fans, drying rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. PLEASE NOTE: there is a step on the terrace.
NO A/C - two portable fans provided. The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. N.B. Completing the registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment. Please note that assistance for any problems related to the check-in with automated access is possible (remotely) until 23:00 In this property check-in is done in self mode.

The beaches adjacent to Isola Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the splendid town of Giardini di Naxos are unmissable destinations during your stay! The cable car is about 10 minutes away on foot, with which you can reach the beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella in just 3 minutes. Main attractions: - Cable car: 11 minutes on foot; - Corso Umberto (main street): 16 minutes on foot; - Gardens of the Villa Comunale: 15 minutes on foot; - Ancient Theater: 15 minutes on foot; - Duomo: 18 minutes on foot; - Isola Bella and Giardini Naxos: 15 minutes by car. - Crai Supermarket (grocery store): 8 minutes on foot, 600 m; - Porta Messina (restaurant): 8 minutes on foot; 700m; - Bar Pirandello: 9 minutes on foot, 750 m.
