Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 190 m² house for rent in Isigny-sur-Mer, which can accommodate up to 11 guests.
It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 500 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofas, armchairs and a dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with bath - Shower room with WC - Separate WC First floor: - On the landing closed by curtains, a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: with two single beds - Bedroom 5: with a single bed - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, booster seat, washing machine, two baby cots, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A beautiful 500 m² private, unfenced garden, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and children's games. The house is ideally located in Isigny-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are close by. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 6 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Carentan, about 13 km away - Nearest airport: Caen, approx. 66 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner. - Free Wi-Fi available - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided (€40 supplement to be paid on site). - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
