This charming holiday home is located in the quiet village of Rastane Donje, surrounded by nature and only 3 km away from the nearest beach.
Spacious outdoor area provides a large fenced garden filled with olive groves, your private swimming pool with a hydro massage function and a children's area with a trampoline.
Within the estate you will also find a garden bathroom equipped with a washing machine, toilet and a shower.
Also, 2 private parking spaces are secured for the guests. During the visit by My Dalmatia, we were impressed by the quiet location and complete privacy this property provides.
Your accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (plus an additional bathroom outside), a fully equipped open plan kitchen and an elegantly furnished living/dining area.
From there you have direct access to your lovely covered terrace and pool area. The nearest beach is only a 5-minute car drive away, same distance for restaurants.
A grocery store is located just down the street from your holiday home and Zadar, the regional center of Northern Dalmatia is reachable in only 15-20 minutes.
Two National Parks can be visited in less than an hour drive (NP Krka and NP Paklenica) while National Park Kornati has daily organized excursions departing either from Zadar or Biograd.

It was a great stay. I took a break of 3 weeks and used the time to get to know the country and people. It is a great place to stay with old olive trees and an amazing pool that Kristijan has taken care of daily. You are not directly on the sea - so there is hardly any traffic and it is generally quieter. I can recommend it 100%.

The Kristijan was a very nice and friendly host. He was easily accessible and introduced us well. The little cottage provided privacy and we thought that was great. The location was very quiet and gave us rural vibes. Overall, we felt comfortable and were able to spend nice time. Glad to come back!
