Apartment SCHLOTT – Your retreat for relaxation and enjoyment

Located in the basement, our inviting Apartment SCHLOTT offers 75 m² of living space, providing ample room for up to 4 people. Here you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest and relax.

The apartment is tastefully decorated in purple and beige tones, giving it a cozy and warm atmosphere. Two spacious bedrooms offer the ideal retreat: The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds (100 x 200 cm). Both sleeping areas are equipped with large closets that provide ample storage space for your luggage.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. This way, you can prepare culinary delights to your liking.

A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet adds extra comfort, and another separate toilet is also available. In the living room, you will find a flat-screen TV that provides entertainment during your stay.

The terrace leads directly to the garden, which connects to the picturesque vineyards. Enjoy the fresh air and the view of the greenery with a glass of wine on your private terrace.

The "Guesthouse at the Vineyard" is located in a picturesque setting, surrounded by the gentle hills of the Ahr Valley wine region. This idyllic property provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing vacation and is also the ideal starting point for numerous activities in the area.

In just a 15-minute walk, you can reach the center of Bad Neuenahr, where you can discover a variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. The charming old town of Ahrweiler is only a 25-minute walk away and delights with its historic half-timbered houses and unique charm.

For your daily needs, a bakery and supermarkets are available just 10 minutes away, so you can conveniently pick up fresh rolls or local products. Particularly interesting for families is the large children's playground located just 800 meters from the guesthouse. Here, little ones can play to their heart's content and let off steam while adults relax.

The region also offers excellent gastronomy, where you can taste local delicacies and exquisite wines. Enjoy the perfect combination of relaxation in nature and culinary delights in the charming surroundings of the Ahr Valley!

Please pay the invoice amount at least 10 days before your arrival.
Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur 90% of the total price.

Check-in is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM. Check-out is between 8 AM and 11 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us in good time for an appointment.
The handover of the keys will take place personally on-site.
A baby crib/children's chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The visitor's tax of (currently) €2 per person/night will be billed additionally by transfer.

Arrival is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM. Departure is requested by 11 AM. If you are arriving at different times, please let us know in advance.
