Your Comfortable Accommodation: • Queen bed with luxury linens for a restful night's sleep • Comfy sofa with a pull-out bed, perfect for additional guests (sleeps 2) • Open, sun-filled layout creating a bright and airy atmosphere • Two Smart TVs (streaming-ready) for your entertainment • Electric fireplace for cozy ambiance • High-quality towels, sheets, and toiletries provided • Complimentary gourmet coffee to start your day • Beach gear included (chairs, towels, bag) for your adventures The host is available remotely to answer any questions or provide assistance throughout your stay.
For immediate resort-related needs, the 24/7 front desk staff at Sailport Waterfront Suites is available to help. • Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program, covering you for up to $500 in accidental damage to contents (e.g., linens, towels, wine) during your stay.
This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. The home is regularly treated for pests.
However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues.
As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. • Hurricane Season: If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions. • Supplies: Complimentary toiletries, paper products, and coffee are provided for approximately the first 3–5 days of your stay.
Nearby stores make restocking easy if needed.
Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days; please use the on-site laundry facility to refresh them.
For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. • Pack ’n Play: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
Please request one at the time of booking to confirm availability. • Items Left Behind: If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. Lots of restaurants and bars are within walking distance (ask for recs). We also have a small, on-site convenience store with basic supplies like snacks, wine & beer, toilet paper, coffee, etc. Note, we do not manage the store and therefore cannot guarantee supply.

Rocky Point is a tourist spot with hotels, condos, and some restaurants and bars. It's safe, fun, and very friendly!
