The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check in. Incredible waterfront condo located right on the beautiful Boca Ciega Bay. This 1BD/1BA condo can sleep up to 4 (an air-mattress can be requested in advance). The Condo comes with a SHADED PARKING SPOT and has a free parking lot (Trailers, boat, jet ski are prohibited on the property). The rental is near the main road for easy access to everything, some light road noise may be present.
Located on the grounds is a POOL, HOT TUB, AND Boca Ciega Waterfront Bar & Grill! The Condo is directly across from a boat ramp and is just a 6 MINUTE DRIVE TO THE BEACH! The building is right next to a marina to park your boats! Don't forget it's PET FRIENDLY! Our 2nd level from ground (elevator on-site) open-layout condo is the perfect couples and family getaway! We're located right on the Boca Ciega Bay with a private, large balcony overlooking the water.
Many guests have mentioned seeing dolphins, sharks, manatees, and fish from the balcony! Because of our angle, we get plenty of natural sunlight in the morning and great views of sunsets in the evening! Comfortable Accommodation: - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom - King bed - L-shaped couch (not a pullout - air mattress can be provided upon request and in advance) Interior Feeling: - Full kitchen with direct views of the water - In-unit washer/dryer free - Two TVs and an Amazon fire stick (no cable) Outdoor Bliss: - Private balcony with seating for 4 - Waterview pool and hot tub (HOURS: from sunrise to sunset) - Fishing dock Delightful Dining: - Boca Ciega Waterfront Bar & Grill in the parking lot - Make a cocktail at our cocktail cart and sip it on the balcony Professional Cleaning: - Toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption - Regular pest control treatment in place Additional Information: - Free parking (our unit has a shaded spot) - Entrance to the Pinellas Trail is right across the street - We DO NOT provide beach chairs/umbrellas or other beach essentials Pets - Pets are welcome with prior approval.
A $125 pet fee applies per pet, per stay Fur parents notice: Update: Friendly reminder to guests with pets: please properly dispose of all used dog waste bags in the designated trash bins and do not leave them near the dock or common areas. Include it wherever you feel is best. * Please note, we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs.
This is to allow our cleaning team adequate time to enter and thoroughly prepare every unit to our 5-star standard.
If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaning teams ability to clean and prepare the unit, we reserve the right to apply a $50 additional charge * PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental with a $100 fee per stay.
We allow up to 2 dogs (unless directly permitted). Guests need to add both pets to their reservation in advance.
If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental.
Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental.
If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard.
We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised. ⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay.
Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine. The home is regularly treated for pests.
However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation.
Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings. ️️Florida Weather & Property Disclaimer Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances. Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them.
If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed. You'll want a car for most activities! But if you're looking to fish, swim, bike, and eat/drink that's all on site! The place amazing but I did find a big roach coming out the room drawer on the first night…mind you we hadn’t put anything in the drawers our stuff was kept in our travel bags… Promise this did not travel with us, just so you kept this in hand for a fumigation. But I love this apt!! It’s amazing!!!

Omg!!! This is by far a 10 on my star rating!!! Love the restaurant right next door, accessible to beach area, John’s Passway, we did a StarLite dance and dinner was amazing and very close to the Apt!! Wow!! I left my heart in this place!! Keep up the good work!! The view amazing saw dolphins, even saw a falcon snatch a fish and fly away with it from up close!! So relaxing if a place!!
