Don’t want to leave? The resort has a HEATED POOL, private fishing dock, and a large outdoor dining area! Paradise awaits! Our recently renovated open-layout suite is the perfect romantic getaway.

With direct views of the intracoastal and a small balcony (no seating), you're able to view the dolphins, sharks, and manatees as they swim by! Our condo also has all the resort amenities, with a year-round heated waterview pool, courtyard with tables, and just a hop and a skip from Clearwater beach (literally 2 minutes of hopping and skipping).

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted. Important Notes: - A signed rental agreement must be provided prior to check-in along with a copy of a legal ID.

Any personal information will not be shared with anyone other than the resort, and will be stored in compliance with FCC regulations. - The toiletries, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee if provided should last 3-5 days depending on consumption.

Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything.

If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! -There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
