You have a bedroom with a box spring bed, wardrobes, and various tables and seating options. These can also be used as a small office workspace.

Use these for the balcony, enjoy the wide view on the balcony with a glass of wine!

A bright living and dining room is the center for chilling and dining together. In the fully equipped kitchen, you can not only cook like at home, but you will also find some items that pique your curiosity to try out!



The family bathroom

The large shower with a seating area provides enough space for more than one person. There is a changing mat, heated with infrared rays, and a potty. Next to the radiator, there is a fan heater.

Of course, we have also thought of our smaller guests: the second washbasin is installed lower and additionally has a stool for them to discover life on their own!

Sleeping places in the attic

Upstairs in the attic, there are 2 beds in separate areas that also provide play and fun opportunities for children.

There is also a separate TV, toilet, and washbasin. Especially on vacation, one might want to watch something different than the kids.

Through the gallery, parents in the living and dining room always have the opportunity to keep a "small ear" on the happenings in the attic!

For the businessman and gamer, there is fast internet, and for the latter, large freezer compartments to stock up on pizzas for extended gaming sessions.

Outdoor area

You will also find a pavilion in the outdoor area with opportunities to linger and grill. And a smoking area. Smoking is also permissible on the balcony with closed doors.

Enjoy relaxed barbecue evenings; the cliffs of Ramberg retain the warmth of the day for a long time!

Washing and drying

A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, along with other drying options.

Parking and WLAN

You can use the WLAN and parking space free of charge.

Between the holiday regions of Weserbergland and the Teutoburg Forest lies the small town of Lügde with its historic town center, in direct proximity to the spa town of Bad Pyrmont. You can reach Lügde not only by car. The S5 line from Paderborn to Hannover HBF stops directly in Lügde. From there, you can access the fair, the airport, and the stadium. Both places are located in a basin surrounded by forests, meadows, and floodplains. The surrounding area invites you to explore designated cycling and hiking paths. Even the storks feel so at home in the Lügde district of Rischenau that they raise their young there!

Use your holiday home as a starting point for countless excursions and attractions; we are located on the "Weser Renaissance Road" and the "German Fairy Tale Route."

The holiday home Katharina is located directly under the cliffs of Ramberg on the outskirts. The stone cliffs are right at the back of the house. You will feel like you are in the mountains!

But even the businesswoman/businessman can work with us and start the day from their holiday apartment, for example, to the Hannover Fair. Bring your partner!

"Small office" supplies, a printer available on request for a usage fee can be provided.

The connection must be arranged by the guest; there is no guarantee of feasibility!

You will occupy the house alone and have a significant distance from other houses; enjoy that!

Your holiday home Katharina

A down payment will not be charged after booking.

Payment must be made at the latest 7 days before arrival.

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a charge of 25% of the total price.

Arrival is possible from 3 PM to midnight. Early arrival is possible upon request and for a fee (luggage drop-off in a secured room upon request is free).

Departure is possible between 6:00 AM and 11:00 AM, or by arrangement.

If there is no booking for the following day, you can spend the day with us until early evening upon request and for a fee.


Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in a timely manner for an arrangement.

The key handover takes place personally on site or via a key box. You will receive the code for your check-in in good time before arrival, directly after payment has been received.

For last-minute bookings, the booking price can also be paid before the personal key handover against a receipt with listed VAT.

A baby cot, high chair, potty, baby bathtub, and heated changing table are available free of charge.

Children up to 2 years stay for free in the holiday home Katharina!

You will see that we love children in many small details!

Pets are not allowed due to our allergic guests. Assistance animals only by arrangement!

No tourist tax is charged in Lügde!

The holiday apartment will be handed over broom clean upon departure, used kitchen utensils and dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and started, and work surfaces cleaned.

If the kitchen is left messy upon departure, we unfortunately have to charge an additional cleaning fee of €50.

If the entire holiday apartment is left messy and not broom clean, we unfortunately have to charge an additional cleaning fee of €100.

This additional time expenditure is unfortunately not covered by your included accommodation price.

Please only smoke outside the house, on the balcony with closed windows, or in the outdoor area, e.g., pavilion.

If smoking occurs in the holiday apartment, we unfortunately have to arrange an expensive ozone treatment by a cleaning service to prevent subsequent guests from being disturbed by the associated odor burden.

The costs for this must be borne by the departing guest responsible for it.

After payment receipt, you will receive the access code for the key safe that is valid for your arrival day.

Check-in from 15:00, Please inform us of your expected arrival time!

Check-out on departure day 11:00, or by arrangement.

If there is no check-in for the next day on the departure day, check-out can be extended later by arrangement and for a fee. Enjoy the day with us until early evening!

If a timely cleaning and accommodation of the following guests cannot be ensured due to a late check-out, the departing guest shall bear the resulting costs.
