The Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this rustic country house with sea view in Beausoleil, with a surface area of 160 m² and capacity for up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 3,500 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is particularly suitable for families due to the residential nature of the neighbourhood.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed and a desk area
- Bedroom 4: a single bed
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside
- A beautiful 3,500 m² private enclosed garden with terraces overlooking the sea, a pétanque court, swings and a basketball hoop.
The house is ideally located in Beausoleil, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public spaces near the accommodation. A right of way allows you to access the accommodation to unload your belongings, but parking is not permitted on the property.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Bus: line 12, Castor et Pollux stop, towards Monaco or Beausoleil
- Nearest train station: Monaco, 2 km away
- Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur, 30 km away
Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels included
- Pets accepted free of charge. Only one pet is allowed per stay. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the street bins provided for this purpose.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
