Our house is ideally located on the outskirts of Nuremberg, offering the perfect starting point for exploring both the city and nature. The historic Nuremberg Old Town is just a 15-minute drive away, and the scenic Nuremberg countryside can be reached in 5 minutes. Directly behind the house, a cycling trail leads all the way to the Old Town, perfect for those who enjoy active sightseeing. Despite the nearby Nuremberg-Mögeldorf highway exit (1 km), our apartments remain quiet and peaceful. An indoor swimming pool is only 4 km away, and free parking is conveniently available across the street.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 90% of the total price.

Description of the accommodation
This bright studio apartment has been designed with comfort and style in mind, featuring an inviting open wooden-beam ceiling and plenty of natural light from its sunny southern exposure. The apartment includes a comfortable single bed and a bathroom with a shower, a window for natural ventilation, and an in-unit washing machine for added convenience. Despite its convenient proximity to the highway, it remains pleasantly quiet – perfect for relaxing. A bus stop is just a short walk away, and parking is available right in front of the building. Additionally, the apartment is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and air conditioning. Feel at home and enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Conditions/extras
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Key collection is through a key box, and you will receive the code in advance of your arrival.
