We want our guests to enjoy the home and all of its amenities at its finest. If the pool being heated is something you would like to add, to get the most enjoyment out of your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival as it takes time for the pools to heat! Spa heating is complimentary!
**Please note this service is an additional $99 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service, a minimum of 2 nights is required.
Additionally, pool heating is to be requested 48 hours prior to arrival date. Requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund.. Pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up
**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:
1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.
3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).
4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).
5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.
6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)
7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.
8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.
9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.
**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.

Note on Pet Cleaning services: The pet fee is not to have a dog there, it is a cleaning fee. Regardless, if the animal is a service animal or not, they still shed, leave dander, and need to be cleaned up after. This is to ensure that any other guests coming to enjoy the home may do so without worry of potential allergy, or mess related to the animal.

Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay. However, please note that deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages. Please be aware that the mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or impact delivery. While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.

We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have a clear cancellation policy in place:
• 100% Refund – Guests may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.
• 50% Refund – After the 48-hour period, guests will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 30 days before check-in.
• No Refund – Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Because life is unpredictable, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment. Once a reservation is confirmed, we offer guests the option to purchase travel insurance, which can provide coverage in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that we must adhere to our cancellation policy since the property is reserved exclusively for each guest, making it unavailable to others. If you have existing travel insurance through a provider or credit card, we recommend reviewing your coverage.
