Our goal is for you to have a seamless and relaxing vacation. * City ID: 050278 * Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age, as per the City of Palm Springs regulations. * City Pre-Arrival Requirements: The City of Palm Springs requires all guests to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of their government-issued ID, and list the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be at the property.
This must be completed prior to your arrival. * Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
Please request this service in advance. * Pool Heating: Pool heating is an optional service available for a fee of $99 per night.
