**Newly furnished home in a very quiet neighborhood, just a short drive to both Atlantic Ave in Delray, and Mizner Park in Boca**
3 Brand new kayaks are available for your pleasure, take a family cruise along the intracoastal waterway and enjoy the famous tranquility of this part of Florida.
For the evening, seating around the firepit enables you to maximize your time in the idyllic rear yard.
Living areas are large and open, and look out onto the pool and yard.
Large master suite, second bedroom with a king size bed, and third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds.
Please note that All guests are required to go through an ID verification process after booking

We stayed here for a couple of months and enjoyed every bit of it. The house is spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful backyard right on the canal and a nice heated pool. It’s also conveniently close to the beach, which made our stay even better. The host was quick to respond whenever we needed anything, and we really appreciate that.
