Come and relax in the shade of the hackberry tree! Located 30 km from Perpignan, 23 km from Collioure, 16 km from Argelès-sur-Mer, and 8 km from Le Boulou, this charming, fully restored house, nestled in the heart of the village, offers a peaceful holiday.
The cottage's terrace embraces the gnarled trunk of the hackberry tree.
In summer, you'll appreciate the cool, restful shade of its foliage.
With its treehouse feel, this terrace offers a lovely view of the village and Mount Canigou.
From the cottage, you can easily access numerous starting points for magnificent hikes in the Albères mountains. Access to the cottage is via a few steps (eight in total): a fully equipped kitchen with three induction hobs and a bean-to-cup coffee maker; a dining room and living room opening onto a private 15 m² terrace furnished with garden furniture, a coffee table, and a griddle.
There is also a WC. Upstairs: air conditioning in the hallway, 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds (80cm) that can be joined to make a double bed (160cm), 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with a solarium (sun loungers), bathroom (bathtub, shower, toilet). Ground floor: garage, private parking in front of the cottage.

Accueil super sympathique.Tout était presque parfait.Cependant, pour 6 adultes, le gîte est trop petit; nous étions un peu les uns sur les autres.Il a fait très chaud et du coup, les nuits étaient difficiles, malgré la clim mise avant le coucher et les fenêtres et velux ouverts.Séjour agréable dans les Albères et en Espagne.

Gîte de charme et hôte chaleureux. Nous n'y avons passé que trois jours mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour plus long. La terrasse avec le Micocoulier est magnifique et très particulière. La maison est meublée avec beaucoup de goût et a presque tout ce que votre cœur désire. Les conditions d'espace parfois assez restreintes sont exploitées de manière optimale. Fortement recommandé!

La situation, au calme, est véritablement ressourçante ; notamment depuis la terrasse ou le solarium avec une superbe vue sur les reliefs du massif des Albères.
