This cottage comprises: Ground floor: - Large enclosed and covered courtyard of 60 m²: summer kitchen, plancha grill, dining area, summer lounge, private 6-seater hot tub - Living room: home cinema and video projector - Equipped kitchen: 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and toaster - Dining room - Separate toilet First floor: - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size bed - Bedroom 2: 2 twin beds (90x190 cm) - Shower room - Separate toilet Communal parking a few meters away.
For the mid-season or peak season, an end-of-stay cleaning fee (€90) is payable on site directly to the owner.

Nous étions venus en 2017 dans le gîte La solana et souhaitions y revenir et avons découvert l'ouverture de ce nouveau gîte pas les mêmes propriétaires et souhaitions donc le découvrir. Nous ne sommes absolument pas déçus du voyage ! Le gîte est magnifique, bien équipé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons adoré la maison et surtout son patio .Accueil très agréable et chaleureux. La maison a une Situation centrale qui permet de visiter toute la côte. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons déjà loué beaucoup de gite et celui-ci fut le meilleur de toutes nos locations.L'accueil fut très sympathique et très complet sur les choses à faire .Une jolie décoration pour halloween fut installé.Une TRES belle attention nous attendait à notre arrivéeLa propreté est impeccable.L'emplacement en plein marcher est exceptionnel.Bref, n'hésitez pas à réserver vous ne serez pas déçu
