This gîte for 4 to 6 people is on the ground floor: Large living room, equipped kitchen opening onto a 16 m² unenclosed terrace (with garden furniture), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bedrooms (1 160 bed, TV) and (2 single beds) with shared bathroom (wc). Large bathroom with bath and shower. wc. Large private terrace of 25 m². A heated swimming pool is shared with the 2 other gîtes (dimensions: 11 x 5 m - secured by a fence). The site is surrounded by scrubland and quiet.
To discover in the surroundings: Perpignan less than 30 km away, Villefranche de Conflent less than 25 km away and many walks and hikes between vineyards and olive trees. Mediterranean beaches 35 km away, Font-Romeu 65 km away.
