Kitchen equipped with: Cooking stove, hot plate oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dish washer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board. Sheets and towels included. Bus stop (line 631) and train station (lines C3, C8 & C10) to Madrid city center & airport just 800m walking distance. Also supermarkets, pharmacy, shops & banks at walking distance.
Less than 1km: Restaurants, from budget to expensive, Spanish (Andalusian, etc...) & international food, all at walking distance.
Less than 15 km: Shopping outlets ( Las Rozas Village , Factory ) , malls ( Espacio, Gran Plaza 2 ) , horse riding, golf, cinemas (Heron City), McDonalds, Burger King... The house was as described. We travelled into Madrid on a daily basis and did not return till mid evening. The only thing I would mention is that the tv is extremely small and sofas are not comfortable at all for lounging and watching tv. Other than that, the house was great. Very clean and beds were comfortable and kitchen well equipped.
