It is very well connected, with bus stops next to the building, supermarkets and cafes and only two minutes from the beach by foot. The apartment has one room, 2 beds, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room, pool and a terrace.
You can use the pool and the lift, the pool is only closed on thursdays for personal rest.
