Modern flat on the first floor on the right side in a newly built villa with swimming pool and independent entrance.
Equipped with air conditioning in every room and wifi only 900 metres from the centre of Lazise in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.
Large and bright kitchen-living room with large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave; table for 6 people, comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV and electric blackout shutters.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and access to the balcony; a second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and desk with the possibility of having a double bed.
New bathroom with window with large shower and washing machine. Terrace with outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing. The residence "Benacus" is a fenced villa with a swimming pool, consisting of 4 newly built flats with independent entrance, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the ground floor with the same features.
The house is located at the end of a closed road near a playground, therefore very quiet. Convenient free parking for one car in front of the house and parking for bicycles in the fenced yard with the possibility for e-bike charging. Check-in from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out at 10 a.m. Mandatory taxes not included (in cash on arrival): - Tourist tax according to the municipality, per person, and per night (from 14 years old). - Late check-in: after 7 p.m. will be charged € 30,00 / after 10 p.m. € 50,00. Optional extras on request (in cash on arrival): - Bed linen and towels: € 12,50 per person per change or you can bring your own and save on the final price.
Advance booking required. - Pets are welcome on request, + € 20.00 per pet for the entire stay. - Early check-in or late check-out is ONLY possible upon request and availability.

Schöne große Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet. Hafen von Lazise fußläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Sommer ist der Pool sicherlich gut zum Abkühlen. Sirmione, Bardolino, Verona und Garda sind mit dem Schiff oder Auto gut zu erreichen.
