This villa is perfect for groups of friends.
Spacious and with lots of privacy, located just a few minutes drive from most of the hot spots of Ibiza such as Playa den Bossa (Ushuaia, Hi, Nassau, Bora Bora ...) and the amazing beaches and beach clubs of Las Salinas and Es Cavallet. A number of grocery shopping options is also a couple of minutes drive away. The garden is a wonderful pool and a spacious garden with chill out Bali style beds, sun decks and a great big wooden terrace table. THE SPACE The entire villa is one floor, no stairs to climb. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room with direct access to the garden, pool and terrace. There are AC's in all of the bedrooms. GUEST ACCESS The entire villa and garden is for you to enjoy, all but a small wooden storage room in the garden. GUEST INTERACTION I love having the chance to get to know people, learn from them and share all the places in Ibiza which are special to me.
Considering the 'holes' in the phone network the best way of staying in touch is via messenger such as WsA.
I will be available from 09 - 21 hrs. unless in case of an emergency. THE NEIGHBOURHOOD An excellent location! The villa is in the area known by locals as KM2 on the road to San Jose from Ibiza. It only takes a few minutes by car getting to many of the most popular beach- and nightclubs, Ibiza town and the airport. DISTANCES * Playa d'en bossa (Ushuaia, Space, Nassau, Bora Bora, Sir Rocco etc.): 3 km * Las Salinas and Es Cavallet beaches (Sa Trinxa, Jockey Club, El Chiringuito etc.): 5 km * Ibiza airport: 5 km * Ibiza town and marina (Lio, Pacha, Heart, Dalt Vila): 5 km * Hospital and police: 3 km * Blue Marlin: 8 km SPORTS A great way to start the day is by going for a morning run while enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
Close by is a sport centre called Club de Campo offering a large number of traditional and paddle tennis courts; of cause the close by beaches offer all kinds of water sports. SHOPPING The villa is located right between San Jordi and San Jose, just 2 minutes drive away.
Both villages are home to great grocery shopping options from value supermarkets to upscale delis offering fantastic wines and food (for example Vine & Co. and Can Ros). CHILDCARE Coming with children and going out one night? No problem, if you need private childcare simply let us know and we will provide you with some solutions. GETTING AROUND It is always convenient having a car in Ibiza to go shopping, to the beaches etc.
Even though combining with taxies it will quickly be cheaper also having a car.
During especially July and August you might have to wait half an hour or more before the taxies arrive.
Alternatively you can also mix with private drivers the good thing is that they have large cars and vans. The taxies will only accept up to 4 people.
NOTE! Only use licensed taxies, never use pirate taxies!!!

My friends and I had booked this accommodation to spend a few nice days in Ibiza. Unfortunately, our plans were thwarted as the accommodation was obviously rented out twice by the landlord! When we arrived at the accommodation, it turned out that someone was already living in the property, even thou...

Die Villa Suki ist ein sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus, sowohl innen wie auch im Aussenbereich.
