About the Property
The property consists of two separate private homes, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each home has its own private entrance, swimming pool and outdoor areas.
This listing is for the entire downstairs home only. Guests have exclusive use of this home, its private pool and outdoor space.
The property is in a quiet residential area. A car is recommended.
The home has a bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with air conditioning, a stylish bathroom with walk-in shower, and a cosy bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and terrace access.
The Annexe
The annexe is alongside the living area, accessed through a covered patio with archways and plants. It has been kept in its original style and charm.
It has a large open-plan room with a double bed, seating area, ceiling fan and TV. The second bedroom is accessed through this room and has its own door, which can be closed for privacy. It also has a double bed and ceiling fan.
There is also a small kitchenette with hob and washing machine, plus a compact bathroom.

Outdoor Area & Pool
Guests have their own private saltwater overflow pool, BBQ area, spacious outdoor area and onsite parking for a maximum of 2 cars. All rooms are on the ground floor with direct access to the outdoor areas.
Pool Safety: The pool is not heated, is shallow and not suitable for diving. There are no security fences or railings around the pool or outdoor stairs, so children must be supervised at all times.
Nature & Insects: The property has many trees, shrubs and plants, so ants, bees, mosquitoes and other insects may occasionally be present, particularly in summer. Insect spray is provided. Leaves or other natural debris may occasionally fall into the pool.
The property is self-catering, with basic supplies provided. Additional items can be purchased locally.
The Neighbourhood
The house is situated in a peaceful residential area of Cabrils, surrounded by the hills of the Maresme.
The village of Cabrils is about a 5-minute drive away and is well known for its excellent restaurants and food scene. Every August, Cabrils hosts its Gastronomic Fair, which has been running for more than 30 years. Supermarkets are also around 5 minutes away by car.
The village of Vilassar de Mar is also around a 5-minute drive away, with shops, restaurants, the beach and the train station with direct connections to Barcelona. Barcelona itself is around a 20-minute drive away.
There are walking and hiking trails close to the house, including routes towards the Castillo de Burriac, making it a great area for enjoying the countryside and beautiful views.
La Poma Bikepark and Illa Fantasia Water Park are also nearby. A car is recommended for getting around and exploring the surrounding area.

Maximum occupancy: Maximum 6 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.
Age limit: No groups under 25.
Guest registration: Spanish law requires all guests, including minors, to be registered before arrival. A copy of each guest’s passport or ID card and their full home address is required.
Check-in: 16:00–20:00. A €50 fee applies after 20:00. No check-ins after 22:00.
Tourist tax: €2.10 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over, for a maximum of 7 nights. Payable in cash on arrival and subject to change.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Smoking and vaping: Not permitted inside the property.
Drugs: Illegal drugs, including cannabis, are prohibited anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

Nice and comfortable ground floor apartments with excellent swimming pool. Beautiful surroundings (National Parc and coast line) on walking distance. We had a relaxing vacation.
