Situated inside a residence on wonderful Smeralda coast, it enjoys a central position not too close to the swimming pool, so that you do not hear annoying noises.

On one side of the little bay, where the residence is located, there is a little harbour where you can shelter your craft.
The residence is about 6 Km far from Porto Cervo, renowned town on the coast, so it’s possible in a few minutes, to visit all the most beautiful white sand beaches of the Costa Smeralda .
In case one day you do not want to use the car, you can take advantage of the pretty beach, with both sand and rocks, in front of the residence, or of the sea water swimming pool .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great apartment - the view is fabulous.It is approx 1.5 miles into Baja Sardinia for the shops, bars, restaurants and great beach - sometimes we walked, sometimes we drove. Great base to explore the area, you def need a car.
