Casabelladona: A Serene Escape in the Heart of Nature
Experience the ultimate harmony of nature and city life at Casabelladona. This beautifully preserved 1930s villa is just 5 minutes from the vibrant centre of Barcelona. Surrounded by majestic oaks, Casabelladona isn’t just a home; it’s a serene escape that offers tranquillity and convenience. Breathe in the fresh forest air while only 3 minutes walking from the FGC station, the best transportation in Barcelona for exploring the city with great frequency and comfort. You can reach the charming neighbourhoods of Sarrià and Sant Cugat in just 5 minutes, while Plaza Catalunya is a quick 15-minute ride.
Casabelladona features two spacious floors. The upper floor includes three bedrooms, a small studio, a bathroom, and a terrace with lovely parkland views. The lower floor offers a self-contained bedroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa bed, and an American-style kitchen dining area. The extensive garden terrace surrounds the villa, providing numerous spots to relax, read, play table tennis, or enjoy barbecues.
Additionally, we offer a stunning 100-meter loft, ideal for conducting courses, and classes, or hosting company and family meetings. Casabelladona has two entrances, as shown in the photos. The main entrance features stairs and flat areas along a gentle slope. The alternative entrance can be accessed via a small wooded path, providing a gentler walk if you prefer to avoid stairs. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use this alternative access, and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.
