The holiday home Am Hausberg is located in a quiet, sunny south-facing slope, only a three-minute walk from the centre of Reit im Winkl. The house offers a familiar and well-kept atmosphere. Four non-smoking holiday flats with south-facing balconies and unobstructed mountain views offer space for two to four people. We are happy to offer you our bread roll service. A large bicycle and ski room is available for sports enthusiasts. Hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks are in the immediate vicinity. Your advantage as our guest: We are partner landlord/operator of the Reit im Winkl swimming card. This gives you the opportunity to receive further free services in addition to our own, such as free entry to the Reit im Winkl open-air swimming pool, the Kössen forest swimming pool and the lido pools at Walchsee. Furthermore, we are a partner rental company/operator of the Benz- Eck ski lifts. From the church, drive straight ahead into Hausbachweg, at the end of the road turn right into Birnbacherstr. and follow this road for approx. 100 m. Before you drive up the hill towards Birnbach, turn left into Sommerpointweg. There you will find our guesthouse on the left side.

Description of the accommodation
Our exclusively furnished flat of the Panorama type is approx. 4 m x 8 m in size and divided into living and sleeping area by a room divider. The living area contains a sitting area, which can also be used as sleeping accommodation for a 3rd person if required. The non-smoking flat with south-facing balcony and fantastic mountain view is tastefully furnished with bright, high-quality built-in furniture in country style and has a direct-dial telephone, cable TV, DVD player, mini HIFI system, WLAN connection and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower and WC.
