The stylish bedroom is a true retreat, pampering you with high-quality king-size bedding, a spacious mirror cabinet, two elegant nightstands with touch screen lamps, and an additional LCD television.
The modern bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower and two mirrors, has been designed exclusively and offers the highest level of comfort.
In the outdoor area, two beautiful seating areas surrounded by fragrant herbs, trees, and shrubs invite you to relax.
Here you can enjoy the tranquility and unwind at the end of the day.
Bed linen, towels, dishwashing liquid, dishcloths, and toilet paper are already included in the price.
Wi-Fi is available for you free of charge and conveniently with a password, as well as a private parking space directly at the house.

Directly by the house, hiking and biking trails run, inviting you to explore along the Ahr.
An excellent bike shop with rentals of e-bikes, etc. is located 300 meters away.
Shopping options like a bakery, butcher, and Edeka are only 400 meters away, and there are numerous restaurants in the area.
Although the accommodation is relatively central, you can enjoy peace and quiet here, as it is located on the edge of the forest.
Bicycles can be securely parked on the property.
A deposit of 50% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment must be made by bank transfer within 14 days before arrival.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.

Sehr gemütliches und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, was auch zu einem großen Teil an der tollen Gastgeberin lag. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
