Our cozy and comfortable 4-star holiday apartments in a purely residential area await you in Bad Neuenahr.
The non-smoking holiday apartments are your home away from home and are equipped with everything that makes life easier.
The center of the spa town Bad Neuenahr, with its spa park, AhrThermen, and casino, can be reached comfortably within 8-15 minutes on foot.
The well-known red wine hiking trail, the Ahr cycle path, and Ahrweg are just a few minutes away.
You can choose between 2 apartments.
You can reach all apartments with a separate entrance via the staircase.
Please inquire specifically about our Joker room: You can book an additional separately accessible room on the first floor upon request if you prefer an additional external bedroom instead of the sleeping option on the couch, or if the number of guests makes this necessary.

A garage with charging facilities for e-bikes is available for bicycles.
Free Wi-Fi is available for checking your emails and conducting research.
We also provide a "welcome package" consisting of cleaning supplies, made-up beds, and towels at no additional cost.
A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also accessible.
The Lee holiday apartments are a good starting point for relaxed and active holiday days.
Our apartment is particularly convenient for business stays.
We advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance in advance.

A deposit of 50% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment must be made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 42 days before arrival are free of charge.
Up to 14 days, 50% will be charged.
Later cancellations will be charged 80% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 2 PM to 6 PM.
Departure is possible between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible on request.
Please contact us in good time to arrange this.
Key handover will take place via a key box.
You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax of 2,50 € per person/night will be charged on-site in addition.
Other charges: Washing machine and dryer 6.00 € / wash cycle.
Arrival is possible from 3.00 pm on the first booking day and departure must be no later than 10.00 am on the following day of the last booking day.
If the specified times are difficult for you to realize, depending on the booking situation, other times can be agreed individually.

Der vorhandene Fernseher konnte am Abend der Ankunft leider nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Offenbar waren Einstellungen am Receiver nicht mehr korrekt. Auf Grund der fehlenden Betriebsanleitung war auch am folgenden Tag eine Reparatur durch die Tochter der Vermieterin nicht möglich. Es wurde ein Mini-Ersatzgerät zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider wurde in der Woche keine Korrektur vorgenommen.

Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Kommunikation und Empfang.
Die Ausstattung an Besteck (spez. Teelöffel, Brotmesser, Küchenschere) und Geschirr (u.a. Weingläser) sollte ergänzt werden. Sonst alles sehr gut ausgestattet!
