The accommodation does not have an elevator. Located on the 3rd floor, it includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a shower room,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a salon.
You will particularly appreciate its living room decorated with taste and brightness.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Bose Bluetooth speaker, Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine.
The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Line 13; and 8 minutes from Line 14 which leads to Châtelet in 15 minutes and to the centre of Paris.
A supermarket "Monoprix" is a 5-minute walk away for your daily shopping. ("Lidl" 7 minute)
Sites of interest near the accommodation:
- the Basilica Cathedral of Saint-Denis (13 minutes by metro),
- Louvre Museum (23 minutes by metro)
- and the Montmartre district (24 minutes by metro).
Some good addresses to advise you:
Restaurants: "Marché Ô Crêpes"; "Bonne Aventure", "L'insurgé" and "Térèse".

Saint-Ouen is a commune of the Seine-Saint-Denis, located on the right bank of the Seine, very close to Paris.
The city experienced a period of deindustrialization between the 1960s and 1980s and then decided to focus its economic activity on telecommunications, agri-food or the automobile. There are some very reputable companies that have their head offices there.
The Citroën factory is one of the city’s historic monuments, as is its famous flea market. It is indeed the largest gathering of antique dealers and second-hand dealers in the world!

Line 13 (Garibaldi station): 3 minutes walk.
Line 14 (station Mairie de Saint-Ouen): 8 minutes walk.
Bus
Line 85 (station Eugène Lumeau - Les Ecoles): 4 minutes walk.

From Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport: 24 minutes by car.

Nous avions apporté notre cafetière et avons bien fait car il n'y en a pas dans le logement. Cet équipement n'était effectivement pas listé mais nous pensions qu'il faisait partie des incontournables.
