Clarensac is a lively village with all the basic amenities available. The town is well situated for planning various activities in the region. Le Grau-du-Roi and the Grande Motte golf course are three-quarters of an hour's drive from the accommodation. Around Clarensac, there are some beautiful forests for walking and hiking

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
