Enjoy and Stay offers you this beautiful 26m2 studio. Ideal for 2 people thanks to its fold-away bed, it can accommodate 2 additional people thanks to its convertible sofa. Please note that once the two beds are unfolded, space is very limited. With the bed and sofa facing each other, 4 people will sleep in the same room. The configuration is therefore not ideal for 4 adults. The studio also has a very functional open kitchen with a high table. There's also a 10m2 terrace with table, chairs and plancha.


The Pearl Beach residence is ideally located on the seafront in Villeneuve-Loubet plage, with a swimming pool shared with the whole residence and a magnificent view of the sea. The pool is in the second building of the residence, so you have to cross the garden to get there. The pool building also offers private access to the beach.


The studio has its own private parking space in the basement. Equipped with fiber optics, the Internet connection is excellent.


The swimming pool is open seasonally (May to September) from 8am to 8pm.

The apartment, its terrace and parking are reserved for you. The residence's common areas (pool, solarium, garden) are shared with other residents.

## Neighborhood


The seaside area of Villeneuve-Loubet plage is very dynamic. Opposite the residence, you'll find a large supermarket, and within 100 meters, several shops, bars and restaurants.


## Transit


Villeneuve-Loubet is very well served by both public transport and major roads. The freeway is less than 5 minutes away. Our private parking lot allows you to park your vehicle in complete safety.

Nice airport is very close by.
