Presented to an excellent standard throughout by the proud owners, this holiday home is ideal for friends and families seeking a special escape in the spectacular West Wight.
Upon entering Whitfield 16, you will be greeted by a bright, spacious open-plan area, housing a well-equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, a dining room with ample seating for all guests, and an inviting sitting room.
Here, you can unwind in front of the TV, after a day of island exploration and enjoy a meal together.
Outside, the property benefits from a front patio with seating and table, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while planning the day's adventures.
The rear garden features a well-kept lawn and a patio area with furniture, providing a safe space for children to play and a serene spot for alfresco dining during the warmer months.
The property boasts three beautifully presented bedrooms, with two of the rooms having a TV for those lazy mornings.

Whitfield 16 consists of an open-plan living space has a kitchen with a Gas oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, TV, dining seating and an electric fire. The bedrooms include a double with a juliet balcony, a zip link twin with Juliet balcony and a bunk. Outside there is a front patio with seating and table, and enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture and off-road parking. Sorry no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Guests can find a shop within 1.4 miles, a pub in 0.8 miles and a beach within 0.75 miles. Choose Whitfield 16 for a splendid escape, whatever time of year. Note: Parking is available in a shared car park situated 100 metres from the property. Note: Communal launderette has washers and dryers, contactless card-operated, open 24 hours a day. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 300 GBP.

Het is een heerlijk huis. Comfortabel ingericht, schone bedden en lekkere zachte handdoeken. Het huis ligt aan de rand van het park, fijn dat auto's op de parkeerplaats staan, en niet voor de huisjes. Ruim huis, ruime (3) slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Fijn dat er ook een toilet beneden is.

It is a cozy cottage and everything you need is there. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable. We have been in contact with the landlord about a question we had concerning the central heating system and immediately received a message thanks for that. It was not so clean, we found all...
