The Croft is a charming cottage situated on the edge of the Cotswolds AONB in the quaint village of Oxhill, Warwickshire.

Perfect for couples, this delightful retreat offers off-road parking for one car and provides a welcoming base for exploring the picturesque countryside.

Upon entering this single-storey accommodation, you will be greeted by a spacious open-plan area, where you can unwind on the velvet sofa and bask in the soft glow flickering flames of the electric fire. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your culinary needs, allowing you to prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table. The property boasts a super-king-size bedroom, complete with ample storage, dressing table and bedside lamps for late-night reading.

The sleek shower room, fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC, provides a refreshing space to prepare for your day. Floor to ceiling patio doors lead you out to a spacious enclosed rear garden, with a covered seating area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the decking, or relax in the afternoon sunshine after a day of exploring and take in the serene surroundings. The Peacock in Oxhill is a gorgeous 15th century country pub where you can sample the local beers, relax and enjoy a delicious meal.

Alternatively just a short stroll will lead you to the Royal Oak at Whatcote, a Michelin Star Restaurant. The Croft is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful Cotswold towns of Moreton-In-the-Marsh, Stow-on-the-Wold, Chipping Campden, Broadway, Bourton-On-the Water, Burford and more. The bedroom is a super-king-size, serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with decking, furniture, covered seating area, and off-road parking for one car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2.1 miles. This is a superb rental property, I'd highly recommend it to others. We enjoyed a really peaceful and relaxing New Year break, in a place which is well located for exploring the Cotswolds. The apartment has everything that we needed, Pete and Pam gave us a friendly welcome, and we'd certainly consider a return visit.

Lovely accommodation. Bed extremely comfortable, unfortunately the we found the sofa too low and uncomfortable for us. Apart from that everything was perfect. Loved the outside sitting area after a day out sightseeing
