Spacious cottage for 10 people located 2 km from the center of Vagney and 20 minutes from Gerardmer.
The 1829 house belonged to my great-grandfather.
Regularly maintained and completely renovated by us from 2017 to 2021, it offers a comfortable welcome in the heart of the Vosges mountains, just 20 minutes from Gerardmer, the pearl of the Vosges, and 25 minutes from the ski slopes of La Bresse.
You will enjoy large spaces: dinners with friends around our friendly table while the children play in the living room, projection of photos of the day on the large screen of the living room upstairs, relaxation area with spacious sofas, a sauna.
A large sunny garden with breathtaking views of the Vosges mountains equipped with a barbecue, large terrace to relax...
We welcome you every day of the year, the house is in free management.
The House is adapted PMR (Person with Reduced Mobility).
Everything is designed to make your life easier and ensure comfort and well-being during your stay.
Ground floor: - Main room with integrated kitchen, dining area and lounge. - One bedroom (2 beds 90/200 joined or not).
Exterior accessible by French door. - One bedroom (1 bed 160/200). - Shower room (shower and sink, WC hanging). - Laundry (washing machine, sink).
Floor: - One bedroom (2 beds 90/200 attached or not).
Garden and mountain views. - One bedroom (1 bed 160/200). 180° view of valley and mountains. - One bedroom (1 bed 160/200). 180° view of valley and mountains. - A separate toilet. - A shower room with a bath and a double sink. - A relaxation room (TV area with home cinema, Netflix and Spotify access). - A reading area. - A reading area. - A sauna area - Board games, table football, darts.
Underfloor heating on the ground floor, convectors upstairs.
Heating included for consumption of 45 kwa/day from October to February and 15 kwa/day from March to September; billing beyond €0.30/kwa.
Exteriors: - Parking with possibility of parking several cars. - A relaxation area with stone benches and a grass area. - A large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture (garden furniture and lounge, pergola, barbecue) accessible on one level from the living room. - A games area (pétanque, molkky, racket games, table tennis under a canopy). - A plot of 2500 m².
Linen (sheets, towels and house linen) and cleaning included.
No parties or loud events.
