You enter through the back of the property, by the parking spaces.
As you enter the flat, there is the kitchen and dining area to the left. The living area has a comfortable day bed, (this can be made up to a single bed or extended into a queen - please request this in advance of your stay so that we can provide the linen).
Our kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and other large appliances such as oven and fridge-freezer. There is a range of smaller appliances too, such as; kettle, toaster and microwave. The apartment is based on the ground floor of a Victorian three storey, converted house and has the original kitchen which was previously used for the entire house so is very spacious.
The bathroom is modern and boasts a large walk in shower. Complimentary toiletries are provided.
The bedroom is located on the other side of the living room and has double doors to separate the two spaces. It is a peaceful space to unwind. With a nod to the Victorian history of the building there is a original fire place (not in use) and a large bay window, making it feel spacious and provides a relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy.
Guests have access to the entire property.
No parties will be tolerated and a fee of £250 will be charged if any house rules are broken.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
