The third bedroom, also with a double bed, is upstairs with an en suite bathroom. On the upper level, a fully equipped solarium awaits you, perfect for soaking up the sun all day long.


The ground floor has a modern, fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto a spacious, bright living room. Outside, the villa offers all the comforts of home, including garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, footstools and an arbour with a large table for shaded al fresco dining, complete with barbecue. The property is fully fenced, guaranteeing your privacy, and has a private parking space within the grounds.

Access to the villa is facilitated by a connected lock. Before your arrival, we will provide you with the access codes via our traveller application, so that you can settle in with complete peace of mind as soon as you arrive. Our city manager will be on hand to guide you and explain how the villa works.

As soon as your booking is confirmed, you will receive privileged access to this application, facilitating communication with our teams, as well as access to essential information about the accommodation and its surroundings.

You will have access to an online service shop enabling you to book, before and during your stay, all the services you may need: local visits, home chef, extra cleaning, home delivery, etc.

Nearby, you can explore picturesque towns such as Orihuela, Torrevieja, and Los Montesinos, all just a short drive away. The beaches of the Costa Blanca, renowned for their golden sands and crystal-clear waters, are also within easy reach for days by the sea. For shoppers, La Zenia Boulevard, the region's largest shopping centre, is just 20 minutes away.

###How to get to the Villa### by car

By car: Golf Vistabella is well connected to the main roads in the region. From the AP-7 motorway or the N-332, you can reach the villa in just 20 minutes from Torrevieja or Orihuela, and in around 30 minutes from Murcia. Costa Blanca beaches such as Guardamar and La Mata are just 20 minutes away by car.


By plane: Access by air is easy thanks to the proximity of two major international airports. Alicante-Elche airport is around 40 minutes away by car, while Murcia airport (Región de Murcia International Airport) can be reached in 45 minutes. Both airports offer a wide range of direct flights from major European cities.


By train: The nearest train station is Orihuela, around 20 minutes away by car. It has high-speed train (AVE) services to major cities such as Murcia, Alicante and Madrid, making it easy for travellers arriving by rail to access the region.


By bus: For those who prefer public transport, the city bus serves Golf Vistabella directly. It provides easy access to neighbouring towns such as Torrevieja and Orihuela, offering a convenient solution for local travel without a car. Intercity bus services are also available to other major towns in the region.

We use an innovative bank imprint system for the deposit. This method does not require your credit card to be debited. Your deposit will be pre-authorised on your card on arrival. This pre-authorisation will be cancelled in the days following your departure, provided that the flat is left in a satisfactory condition.
