Lovely 70 sqm apartment, perfect for 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (steps to access it).
The accommodation enjoys a splendid view of the lake and is located in Castelletto, a picturesque village located along the lake characterized by its natural beauty and tranquility. The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, private garden and shared swimming pool! To easily reach our apartment, set the following coordinates: 45°40'45.2"N 10°44'37.6"E The internal space The 70 sq m apartment is located on the ground floor of a building WITHOUT an elevator (accessible by stairs). The space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with single sofa bed kitchenette (gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, microwave, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), dining table, sofa, TV, and balcony access; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet; - BALCONY (accessible from the living room) with table and chairs; - PRIVATE GARDEN; - SHARED POOL. FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, ceiling fan in the bedroom, independent heating, hairdryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board. Private garage parking included! ATTENTION.
The pool does not have a lifeguard. PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning. Other details to be noted To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax. * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment* The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.
