In Sant'Ambroggio, in the commune of Lumio, Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offer this charming 42 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea and mountain views, about 120 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed (160×200)
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, washing machine...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and TV
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: plancha, iron, beach umbrella...
Exterior :
- A 17 m² terrace with furniture (table, 4 chairs, 2 deckchairs, large sunshade).
The apartment is ideally located in Sant'Ambroggio, in a very pleasant environment. The A Marina residence is located above the Sant'Ambroggio marina with a magnificent sea and mountain view, 40 meters from the shops and 90 meters from a magnificent white sandy beach protected from the wind.
Activities :
- The beach and marina are about 5 minutes' walk from the apartment.
- Visit Calvi, Ile Rousse, Saint Florent, the musical village of Pigna...
- Boat hire, diving, fishing, walks, mountain hiking, visits to typical villages, Bonifatu forest...
- Events : Calvi on the rocks (late June/early July), Corsican polyphonic singing in Calvi and Pigna...
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the closed private garage for all types of vehicle, with electric vehicle socket.
Unnumbered private parking lot 10 meters away.
Free public parking 20 meters from the apartment.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Calvi station, about 15 km away (20 minutes by car), for mainline trains.
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine, about 15 km away (18 minutes by car).
- Petit train de la Balagne is 10 minutes from the flat.
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
