Air-conditioned and with disabled access, the pleasant apartment comprises:
- 2 bedrooms with a double bed, a bunk bed, two single beds;
- a fully-equipped, functional kitchen
- a shower room ;
- and a lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its spacious exterior with garden and terrace.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: built-in filter coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, TV, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, refrigerator, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is close to the beach, the town center, the Sanary tennis court and a children's garden right next to the residence.
For everyday shopping, there's a "Utile" supermarket just a 5-minute drive away.
During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to discover the must-see places for which the town is famous, such as

La situation du logement, idéal pour parcourir Sanary-sur-Mer à pied
Negative:
Je connais bien le secteur donc je n'ai eu aucun mal à récupérer les clés mais pour les gens qui ne connaissent pas le secteur je trouve que les explications ne sont pas très claires

L emplacement au top.
L exterieur est très agréable : un coin salon plus un coin repas avec un barbecue. Le tout entouré de verdure.
L intérieur est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre.
Negative:
L appartement est situé dans une résidence, heureusement au rez-de-chaussée et donc disposant d un extérieur privatif clos sans vis-à-vis.

L emplacement ,l équipement très complet ,l espace de vie très suffisant pour 6 personnes avec un bel extérieur
Negative:
Tout était très bien ,un seul petit bemol sur la déco du salon ,salle à manger qui manque un peu de chaleur ,peu de choses suffiraient pour lui donner un peu plus de convivialité et atténuer un peu la raisonance ,mais c est juste un détail
