Beautiful house of 150m² located in Fréjus.
It has a swimming pool; a petanque field, a classified and protected garden with paths uncovered of rare species and 3 terraces offering a breathtaking view of the sea.
It can accommodate up to 12 people.
Sea access at 3 minutes, with access to the "customs way" by the sea.
We welcome you all! ## Logement The accommodation includes: - a living room opening onto a terrace, with a 5 meters sliding bay and a clear view on the sea; - a fully equipped and functional kitchen; - a shower room and two bathrooms - and six bedrooms with sea view, three bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with a single bed and one bedroom with four single beds.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
You will also have : - a swimming pool with a beach (heating of the pool is possible at an additional cost); - a covered terrace of 70m² with a dining table for 10 people, a roof terrace of 20m² and a garden terrace of 30m².
The three terraces offer a beautiful view of the sea; - a parking for 2 - 4 cars - and a petanque court.
The accommodation is located : - 5 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes from private beaches; - close to the sailing clubs (accessible by foot and by car) - and close to Sainte-Maxime, Saint Tropez and Saint Raphaël (by car, or sea shuttle from Saint Aygulf or Sainte Maxime).

It was originally a Roman city founded in 49 B.C. to oppose the city of Marseilles, which then dominated the region.
Fréjus is the site that has the largest concentration of French ancient remains after Arles.
There is also the nature base François léotard (outdoor sports complex with many events in the summer). ## Transports - Fréjus train station: 12 minutes by car. - Gare de Saint-Raphaël Valescure: 17 minutes by car. - Nice Côte d'Azur airport: 53 minutes by car.

La maison est très bien niveau chambre, terrasse et jardin.les sanitaires en bon état.La piscine trop petite, pas de rideau pour garder la chaleur en octobre quand on paie 200 de chauffage pour 1 semaine c’est très dommage.La cuisine et la vaisselle sont très vétuste et ancien
